How does it work? Just follow the simple steps below:

1. Visit any of our affiliate stores, or Buy online  for your local calling card outlet to purchase from a range of airtime denominations.

2. Pay for any voucher denomination you want.
These can be in £2.50, £8.50, £17.00.

3. You will get a print out with the voucher 12-digit-PIN(s) on it.

4. Send the 12-digit-PIN(s) to your beneficiary (via SMS, email or phone-call) in Nigeria.

5. Recipient in Nigeria keys in the PIN by pressing *555*1* 12 digit Top up PIN #  OK/Yes (for prepaid customers) or Dialling 557 and following the voice prompts  thereafter (for contract  customers).

6. The recipient’s account is credited and they are free to make calls.

 

Q1. Why not send money home instead of top-ups?
 
A1. Typical money transfer rates are expensive and minimum transfer values are far more than the Top-up values.
 
 
Q2. Is the top-up card value for money?
 
A2. Yes your recipient's account with MTN is credited with the airtime values of the top-up denomination.
 
 
Q3. How long before the recipient's account is credited?
 
A3. Immediately (MTN Nigeria network terms and conditions apply)
 
 
Q4. What if there's a problem with topping up the handset?
 
A4. Ask your recipient to call the MTN Nigeria helpline on 180 from their handset, or 0803 101 80 from outside the MTN Network. For UK Customer Service call 0844 561 1268.
 
 
Q5. Can I send more than one top-up to the same number?
 
A5. Yes! you can send as many PINs as you wish.
 
 
Q6. Are there any discount for affiliate groups or bulk orders?
